Our Story
Our founder watched his uncle — a fourth-generation kirana owner in Hyderabad — lose a ₹4,000 order because a WhatsApp message got buried in 200 other unread chats. The khata was full, the handwriting was illegible, and two delivery boys showed up at the same address. It was chaos.
He realised this wasn't a one-off story. Millions of kiranas across India were running sophisticated businesses on paper ledgers, mental notes, and prayer. The tools that existed were built for large retail chains — too complex, too expensive, and completely foreign to how a kirana actually operates.
