Grievance Redressal
VOKART (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED
This page tells you how to complain about anything to do with your VoKart subscription, your account or your data — who receives the complaint, what to send, and what happens next. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Raise it with support first
Most issues — billing questions, a plan change, a problem in the app — are resolved fastest by writing to support@vokart.in. Please contact support before escalating, and quote the reply you received when you do escalate.
Cancellation and refund complaints have their own route, set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Requests to delete your data are handled through the Data Deletion page.
2. Grievance Officer
VoKart publishes a named contact for complaints that support has not resolved, and for questions about how we handle personal data. Ours are:
- Name
- Surekha V
- Designation
- Grievance Officer
- grievance@vokart.in
Email is the channel for grievances, so that every complaint carries a written record from the outset.
3. What to include
So that a complaint can be identified and traced without a second exchange, please include:
- the shop name and the mobile number or email registered on the account;
- what happened, with the date and time;
- the transaction, invoice or payment reference, if the complaint concerns a payment;
- any earlier ticket or email reference from support;
- what outcome you are asking for.
4. How long it takes
Every complaint is acknowledged by email, and we tell you what we are doing about it and when we expect to have an answer. We have deliberately not published a fixed number of days here: we would rather give you a real date for your complaint than a target we might miss. If you have not heard from us, write again to grievance@vokart.in and say it is a second request.
5. Privacy and data grievances
Complaints about how your personal data is collected, used or retained go to privacy@vokart.in, and what we do with that data is described in the Privacy Policy. If you want your data removed, use the Data Deletion page — note that records we are required to keep for tax purposes are retained for up to 8 years.
6. If you are still not satisfied
If the Grievance Officer's response does not resolve the matter, you may take it to the consumer disputes redressal commission having jurisdiction, or to any other forum available to you under Indian law. Nothing on this page limits a right you have under law.
