Yes, absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or lock-ins. You can cancel your VoKart subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We never charge cancellation fees.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll only be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. All your data and settings carry over seamlessly.

Your data is always yours. Before cancelling, use the Reports section to download your sales and purchase registers, stock register, customer and supplier ledgers, day-end summaries and GST returns, in CSV, XLSX or PDF. There is no single-click "export my whole account" button today, so if you need anything the Reports section does not cover, write to support@vokart.in before you cancel and we will extract it for you. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind. After that, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Any order you place by sending a voice note or a photo of your bill on WhatsApp instead of typing it in. Manual billing at your counter, QR-code orders, barcode scans, and bill printing never count against your quota — those are free on every plan, always.

We'll notify you when you're close to your limit so there are no surprises — nothing gets cut off mid-month. If you're consistently near the top of your plan, that's usually a sign you've outgrown it, and upgrading takes effect immediately.

Yes — every shop after your first gets 15% off, on any plan. If you want a single dashboard across all your shops instead of switching between accounts, add Consolidated View, a flat per-business fee on top. For large distributor networks, contact us at sales@vokart.in for a custom quote.
